A Family Tradition. Friedrich Laucke established his first flour mill in the Barossa Valley in 1899. Since then, four generations of the Laucke family have continued to produce quality flour and mixes and proudly remain 100% Australian owned and operated. The current generations of the Laucke family continue Friedrich’s original promise of quality, service and integrity.
Laucke produce a very wide range of flours, mixes and grain-based products for high performance commercial and home baking. Milling both conventional and certified organic wheat, rye, spelt and triticale, Laucke have a special focus on human health and the unique properties of individual grain varieties.
