Beston Pure Foods
Beston Pure Foods is owned by Beston Pure Dairies, a subsidiary of Beston Global Food Company with dairy facilities at Murray Bridge and Jervois.
The Murray Bridge facility produces traditional cheeses (e.g. cheddar, gouda, colby) and specialties like romano and pepato. Sold through retail channels, foodservice and food manufacturers. The Jervois facilities include an advanced milk production system, cheese making, butter maker with 3,000kg/hr capacity, a whey powder plant and production of protein lactoferrin.
Our Edwards Crossing retail product range includes cheddar, gouda, colby, romano and pepato (in 200g blocks and the soon to be launched shred and sliced range). Our Beston Pure Foods foodservice range includes cheddar, cheddar low fat, cheddar low salt, Aussie allrounder, colby, gouda, pepato and romano in various sizes and formats. Also supplied to foodservice and food manufacturing companies are high quality butter, quark, whey powder and lactoferrin.

Beston Pure Foods currently produce dairy products for both the Australian domestic and international markets including China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Malta.

Our cheeses are made in South Australia in our plants located adjacent to fine grazing pastures alongside the Murray River. Only a few hours from the lush South East of South Australia, ensures that our plants are continually supplied with the freshest milk. Our experienced and skilled cheesemakers take that freshness to craft and create high quality cheeses.

Edwards Crossing cheeses are currently available in 200g blocks, with shredded and sliced retail packs in development. Our soft dairy products (butter and quark) and whey powder are available in 25kg and 1000kg packs and lactoferrin is available in 10kg and 20kg packs.
