Angela & Robert Bell, with their two daughters helping part time, run Baylies of Strathalbyn, established in 1995, they originally operated from the Bell’s kitchen, moving to a 75sq metre converted shed as business grew, and now have a modern industrial facility which is now 550sq metres and where our unique products are made and packaged to the highest of standards today. Baylies employs up to 15 people depending on the season. A factory shop is open to members of the public Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm and on weekends 12 noon to 4pm.


Included in their vast range of delicious gourmet products are shortbreads, specialty and seasonal cakes, gourmet crackers and biscuits, praline and confectionary, conserves, boxed café style biscuits, tarts, lavash and tart shells.


Our products are packaged ready to serve in a variety of sizes for retail in boxes or jars with premium designed packaging to ensure freshness and quality. Our Christmas lines are specially gift wrapped. Most lines are also available for foodservice in tubs and wheels at various sizes.


Baylies of Strathalbyn supply their products to gourmet shops, basket companies and department stores throughout Australia with any item from their range also available via mail order. In South Australia we are available in Foodland supermarkets and IGA’s.
