Take two new products…

Looking to support the rapid growth of his family’s business with expert insights, new ways of thinking and tailored professional development, Anthony Paech, Managing Director at Beerenberg Pty Ltd and former Chairman of Food South Australia, joined the 12 month Directing Growth Program run by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

One of the insights Anthony highlights in this interview is the realisation that, to grow, you must innovate.

“We realised that to grow we need to innovate and to bring new products to market. So when you go to a customer, you don’t go empty-handed. You take two new products and give the buyer a reason to have the conversation. We aim to have four new products each year.”
