Step by step constructing a compliant food label for the Australian food industry
The Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology is hosting a workshop designed to help Australian food businesses construct compliant food labels on 16 September 2016.
Food South Australia members are eligible for a discount to attend this workshop, which will cover:
- The relevant standards and regulations required to construct a food label within the Australian food industry.
- Hands-on construction of a food label ensuring compliance is maintained, including nutrition information panels, ingredients lists and optional inclusions on a food label.
The workshop will be presented by John Chadderton of Chadderton Food Safety.
Who should attend?
Those individuals who are new to the food manufacturing industry or food product development, quality assurance personnel and those in compliance or regulatory roles within the Australian food industry.
