Europe Business Mission July 10 – 15: France, United Kingdom and The Netherlands

The Department of State invite you to formally register for the South Australian Government’s upcoming business mission to France, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, from 10 to 15 July 2016.

The mission will be led by South Australia’s Minister for Investment and Trade and Defence Industries, the Hon Martin Hamilton-Smith, with business activity planned across two core business streams of Agribusiness, Food & Wine and BioHealth.

For the Agribusiness, Food and Wine sector a series of briefings with market updates, entry insights and business development opportunities will be provided in France, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Key tasting events with leading distributors, supermarket buyers, wholesalers and other potential partners will be arranged along with site tours of leading agri-business and food handling/distribution facilities.

Briefings on the Bio-health sector in Europe will be hosted by leading clusters such as Genopole in France, Med City facilities in London and, potentially, bioXcluster partner organisations. In addition, bespoke business-to-business meetings with leading research and Bio-health companies hosted by Cambridge Enterprise will be arranged.

To confirm your participation please:

  • Complete the registration form providing information about your company and your strategic objectives for the mission. This information will help us maximise the value of the mission for your business and will be published in the mission booklet for distribution in-country
  • Pay the non-refundable participation fee of $200
  • Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for participation in the mission
  • Provide a high resolution image of your business logo

Once all information has been received, the Department of State Development will be in touch with further details as the program continues to build throughout June. They will also provide flight, accommodation and other logistics advice although delegates are required to fund their own travel and on-ground costs.
