The Food South Australia Marketing Workshop has been primarily designed for small business owners with little or no formal marketing training. The workshop will also contain some new insights and group exercises that will be useful for more experienced marketers.
Presented by Michael from Literally Brilliant, this workshop will provide a grounding for thinking about strategy and seeks to help you build a brand by better understanding and communicating the narrative of your business.
It will also provide theoretical and practical applications of marketing principles that will innovate your brand and positioning, engagement with customers, channels to market and how to create your business’ value.
The workshop will look at long established theoretical models and explore how it can be used practically to deliver a marketing benefit (such as how the product lifecycle model can be used in product portfolio management). It will also consider new marketing issues such as how to deal with social media.
