Step into Summer with San Remo Couscous

Summer is almost upon us.

San Remo Lamb with Eggplant, Tomato and Cous Cous

Leading Adelaide chef and restaurateur, Adam Swanson, says couscous is a light and easy dinner alternative to enjoy throughout the summer months.

Couscous is perfect for this time of year, he said.

Not only is it quick and easy to make, it’s also incredibly light and refreshing.

It really does go with anything.

Think delicate pieces of couscous accompanied by fresh salads, healthy vegetables and lean meats and seafood.

My friends at San Remo have included some of their favourite Couscous recipes, below.

These feature an array of chargrilled vegetables, fresh lamb, eggplant and tabouleh; light and refreshing ingredients which, when combined with Couscous, will create a delicious summer meal for you and your family.
