The Gala Dinner is all about announcing and celebrating our award winners and industry achievements for the year. Our host for 2018 was dedicated South Australian foodie Amanda Blair, returning to one of her (and our) favourite events of the year. The Adelaide Convention Centre chefs created a special menu of South Australian produce, and we once again enjoyed premium wines generously provided by Gatt Wines and Coriole Vineyards. Australia’s leading vocal powerhouse and Adelaide Fringe 2018 sensations, Gospo Collective, entertained us.
