Food South Australia has produced a publication intended to showcase our state’s world standard production capabilities and innovative food and beverage products developed in response to fast-changing consumer demands.
South Australia’s food and beverage industry comprises primarily small to medium sized enterprises with proven flexibility and agility in responding to a rapidly changing environment and to emerging consumer trends such as products designed to support gut health, healthy snack and convenience meal alternatives, indulgent treats, premium products with extended shelf life for export markets, and packaging systems that allow minimal or no use of preservatives.
Serving South Australian Food & Beverages will be used by Food South Australia at trade shows and through our connections with key retailers, buyers, chefs and industry professionals. This publication has been developed and produced with funding support from the State Government of South Australia through an industry-government collaboration designed to assist industry growth.
