The Gourmet Entertainer is an Adelaide Hills family business specialising in batch crafted preserves, including 16 relishes, chutneys, cooking pastes, jams, sauces.

Our Signature Fennel Masala Jam is a market leader amongst the ever evolving range of products. The Gourmet Entertainer uses methods to capture in season SA produce to enable supply all year around. We aim to be collaborative and innovative with our business concepts and practices, including driving environmental sustainability.
Preserves range includes Fennel Masala Jam, Nigella Kasundi, Chilli Jam, Onion Masala Chutney, Harissa Sauce, Mild Tomato, Indian Lime, White Masala Paste, Lemon Myrtle Beetroot, Beetroot and Orange, Cheeseplatter Pear, Fig Port Anise, and Fig. We make a completely seed based, gluten free cracker called Caveman Crunch. We dry Adelaide Hills wild grown Porcini (limited availability).

Our products are retailed through SA markets and Farmers Markets, 40+ retail stores around Adelaide and the Hills, and through The Gourmet Entertainer Online Shop. We also supply catering packs to SA restaurants and cafes, and supply in commercial bulk quantities.
