Pangkarra is a family owned and operated business, based in the Clare Valley in South Australia. For five generations, the Maitland family has produced quality cereals and legumes, as well as export hay. Today, Pangkarra can also add fine food products, including premium wholegrain dry pasta and stone milled wholegrain durum flour, to their range.
Pangkarra’s products are made from 100% durum wheat, homegrown using sustainable farming methods and organic fertilisers. Traditional stone milling protects the nutritional qualities of their wholegrains. Their pasta range includes linguine, fettuccine, spaghetti, penne, pappardelle and lasagne and their flour is perfect for making pasta, pizza bases, grissini sticks, specialty breads and more.

Pankgarra products are all packaged for retail to ensure fresh quality pasta and flour. Our wholegrain durum flour is packaged in 1kg bags and our pastas come in 375g bags.
