Beston Pure Foods

Beston Pure Foods is owned by Beston Pure Dairies, a subsidiary of Beston Global Food Company with dairy facilities at Murray Bridge and Jervois.

The Murray Bridge facility produces traditional cheeses (e.g. cheddar, gouda, colby) and specialties like romano and pepato. Sold through retail channels, foodservice and food manufacturers. The Jervois facilities include an advanced milk production system, cheese making, butter maker with 3,000kg/hr capacity, a whey powder plant and production of protein lactoferrin.

Our Edwards Crossing retail product range includes cheddar, gouda, colby, romano and pepato (in 200g blocks and the soon to be launched shred and sliced range). Our Beston Pure Foods foodservice range includes cheddar, cheddar low fat, cheddar low salt, Aussie allrounder, colby, gouda, pepato and romano in various sizes and formats. Also supplied to foodservice and food manufacturing companies are high quality butter, quark, whey powder and lactoferrin.
