Baylies Epicurean Delights are producers of high quality gourmet products using the finest fruit, flour, nuts and wine South Australia has to offer.
Angela and Robert Bell first established their business with part time help from their two daughters in 1995, working from their home kitchen to make a range of gourmet foods and have grown to become well-recognised for their produce showcasing the produce of the Adelaide Hills. Factory shop open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm and on weekends 12 noon to 4pm.
Included in their vast range of delicious gourmet products are shortbreads, specialty and seasonal cakes, gourmet crackers and biscuits, praline and confectionery, conserves, boxed cafe style biscuits, tarts, lavash and tart shells.

Our products are packaged ready to serve in a variety of sizes for retail. Boxes ensure freshness and quality. Our Christmas lines are specially gift wrapped. Most lines are also available for food service in tubs and wheels at various sizes.
