The Barossa Valley Ice Cream Company is accredited with the Dairy Authority South Australia and strictly adheres to HACCP principles.
Flavours include: Belgian Chocolate, Organic Vanilla Bean, Balsamic Roasted Strawberry, Salty Caramel, Honey and Rosemary, Ginger, Black Liquorice, Toasted Almond with Apricot Ripple, Lemon and Strawberry Sorbet, Lemon Sorbet, Blood Orange Sorbet, Pear and Verjuice Sorbet. Pack sizes include 120ml dixie cups, 500ml take home packs, and 5 litre catering packs.

The Barossa Valley Ice Cream Company proudly uses the freshest ingredients for its ice creams and sorbets: fresh whole milk and rich cream from Jersey cows, Barossa honey and fresh strawberries from the Adelaide Hills. The organic vanilla beans and sugar are from Queensland. Fair Trade Belgian chocolate and citrus fruits from the Riverland…and so it goes on!
