The Hills Cider Company proudly crafts cider made from 100% fresh Adelaide Hills fruit, with absolutely no added concentrate, sugars, flavours or water.
The Hills Cider Company was launched in 2010 with the goal of producing Australia’s best real cider. Our passionate search for Australia’s highest quality fruit led us to our own Adelaide Hills backyard and its generations of apple and pear growers. We believe in supporting local from the farmers that grow our fruit to the pubs that pour our cider. Our philosophy is simple….support local, drink local.
With complete land to hand control over every step of production, our ciders are hand crafted in small batches with minimal intervention from 100% fresh Adelaide Hills apples and pears, with absolutely no added concentrate, flavours, sugars or water. Our artisan approach produces ciders that are crisp, fresh and fruit driven, a true representation of real cider.

Since the Hills Cider Company was launched in 2010, we have been recognised as one of the fastest growing and most highly awarded cider companies in Australia. In 2013, we were humbled to be the first ever Australian cider to win Champion in Show at the Australian Cider Awards, a trophy historically awarded to imported ciders.

The Hills Cider Company range is available nationally in both bottle and keg format. Our apple, pear and apple hybrid ginger bottles are available through most liquor retailers in 330ml bottles. We also proudly release a number of limited edition small batch releases in keg.
