Spring Gully Foods comprises quality pickle, preserve, jams and honey brand. Spring Gully Gardener pickle vegetables, as well as Leabrook Farms branded premium honey.

Spring Gully was originally established in 1946 by Edward McKee at Spring Gully in the Adelaide suburb of Rostrevor. Today, Spring Gully is just one of a group of popular Australian brands which form the parent company, Spring Gully Foods Pty Ltd, still family owned and operated, with an experienced fourth generation team continuing the expansion of the company into the future.

Our range includes the famous pickled onions and gherkins, delicious relishes and sauces such as Mustard Pickle, Worcestershire Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce. Chutneys including Mango and Chilli and Sundried Tomato. And the new addition to the family Jams and Spreadable fruit. The Leabrook Farms range is some of Australia’s finest quality varietal honeys.

Spring Gully’s facilities combine the latest technology with traditional methods. They are responsive to change and are continually planning and implementing improvements. Now located close to major South Australian Distribution Centres and transport companies the facilities consist of production, warehousing and administration offices and cover an area of 4000m squared. The two bottling lines that are the basis of production, operate at an average 250,000 + bottles per week. The product on these lines are pasteurised and pass through in-line metal detectors. Incorporated are in-line steam, vacuum cappers with jar sizes ranging from between 250ml to 2.0L depending on product. Packaging is almost identical on both lines utilising in Videojet ink coding systems and hot melt carton sealing systems and TUN carton printers. Cleanliness and food safety are the highest priority at Spring Gully Foods, and hold HACCP and SQF 2000 V.7 third party audited accreditation. These stringent sanitation procedures are in place throughout the facility.

  • Spring Gully Foods has been manufacturing products for over 65 years. Today in our purpose built facility at Dry Creek we are able to produce a wide range of products ranging from 325gm to 370ml in glass packaging, and 2L to 17kg in plastic packing. We are also able to offer our PET sauce bottling facility, and PET up side down squeeze packaging (400gm and 500gm) for honey products.
