The Giangregorio family have been primary producers on the Adelaide Plains at Lewiston since the 1970s and have specialised in gourmet lettuces since the 1990s.
Our products are grown, processed, packed and distributed locally, which allows us to modify to market demands in a matter of the same day. Special requests are both welcomed and easily organised. All products are triple washed, ready for consumption, in an air-conditioned factory.

We have become a staple in the kitchen for many South Australian households and restaurants. Due to the pack sizes we offer our product in, it is well suited to retail outlets such as supermarkets and fruit and vegetable stores, through to hospitality and manufacturing.
- Storage: Fresh
Our products are available in a range of pack sizes: retail 100g, 120g bags, 1.5kg loose, 3 x 1kg sealed bags and 3kg loose. Our retail bags are permeable which allows product to breathe whilst assisting with longevity. Our 1kg sealed bags are bio degradable.
