Established in 2009, the Gelista brand is rapidly gaining recognition as the leading brand of luxury gelato in Australia. Our artisan style, handmade gelato is produced in small batches, using batch freezing technology to ensure the creamiest texture and purest fruit flavours shine through.
At Gelista, we began by making the gelati chefs wished they had time to make for themselves. We started out producing five litre tubs for fine dining and function and cafes, and then expanded to produce ready to serve portions and impulse snack products. We now produce over 25 flavours distributed throughout Australia.
Along with our commitment to luxury gelato products, we identified a strong consumer trend towards healthier snacks, natural flavours and colours and increasing demand for gluten-free products.
Our products include; bulk gelato in over 25 flavours including milk base and fruit base options. Consumer packs in four great flavours available in fun single serve and take home packs. Mini Tornado Cones, a bite sized premium gelato cone topped with delicious Belgium chocolate, and Gelista Cube, a ready to serve Belgium chocolate enrobed vanilla bean gelati.

Gelista is distributed by two national distributors with frozen capability. Distribution includes: Five star hotels, Function and convention centres, Luxury dining venues, Supermarkets and gourmet food outlets, School canteens and other convenience outlets.

Recyclable paper board is used in all retail packaging. Multiples of 6 and 12 units are packed in freezer grade cartons for the 425ml and 125ml range respectively. Bulk gelati is packaged in heavy duty plastic tubs suitable for inserting into gelato scooping displays.
