The HPWI is an online tool that enables firms to benchmark their organisational culture leading to the identification of areas of organisational performance strength and weakness.
The cost of undertaking the survey and receiving and individualised Benchmark report costs $1500. A subsidy of up to $1000 for SA firms undertaking the survey is available through DSD and is designed to attract SMEs into the initiative.

Further the HPWI can integrate with the Fed Govt’s Industry Skills Fund (ISF) initiative where the Benchmark report serves as a diagnostic for discussion regarding appropriate access to the ISF.
